Holitel Hotel

Plot Type:  Coastal | Location: Goa, India| Typology: Hospitality | Scope: Architecture, Facade Design & Interior Design|Design Language: Contemporary Minimal|Completion Year: 2026

Nestled within Goa's lush tropical landscape, Holitel Hotel is envisioned as a contemporary hospitality destination that balances modern aesthetics with contextual sensitivity. The design adopts a restrained architectural language, allowing proportion, materiality, and light to define the building's identity.

The façade is composed of a carefully curated palette of exposed concrete, textured finishes, and metal elements, creating a timeless expression that is both durable and visually refined. Vertical metal fins introduce rhythm and depth, while the interplay of solid and glazed surfaces responds to the region's climate by optimizing daylight, shading, and privacy.

The building's linear massing establishes a strong urban presence without overwhelming its surroundings. Clean geometries and understated detailing reinforce the project's minimalist character, while generous openings connect interior spaces with the vibrant landscape and natural light that define Goa's environment.

Holitel Hotel exemplifies a contemporary approach to hospitality architecture, where simplicity, material honesty, and thoughtful detailing come together to create a distinctive and enduring destination.
