Rooted in tropical modernism, the structure is composed of clean horizontal planes and deep canopies that respond to the local climate. The expansive pool becomes the visual and experiential element of the home—framing views and drawing in breezes. The design emphasizes fluidity between indoor and outdoor spaces, with natural textures, warm palettes, and strategic shading that evoke the feel of a private resort while maintaining the intimacy of a home.
